We are delighted to share with you the life-changing work of the Women of Compassion Giving Society!
Women of Compassion is comprised of a select group of women who come together to support the Florida Baptist Children's Homes through their prayers and financial support. They are passionate about helping abused, neglected, and orphaned children.
Membership in Women of Compassion is extended to women who contribute $1,000 or more to the Women of Compassion fund at the Florida Baptist Children's Homes. Membership is renewable annually.
We gather once a year during the Women of Compassion Forum to discuss ways to help orphaned and disadvantaged children, and in the process determine where certain funds should be directed in order to acheive maximum impact on the lives of these children. Members have two options to attend an annual Forum meeting where special guests and activities are planned and projects are presented for consideration. The following dates have been scheduled for the 2012 Forum meetings:
Lakeland, FL - Friday, February 24, 2012
Tallahassee, FL - Friday, August 24, 2012
